Questions about pricing
- Is setup charged if I pay for the year?
- Yes. Setup is charged once on every plan, however you pay. Paying for the year gives you two months free instead: the Inventory plan is $1,490 a year rather than $1,788.
- What does setup cover?
- Building your site: entering your price sheets, styles and options, the buildings on your lot and their photos, your pages and wording, and putting it all on your own domain with https.
- Can shoppers pay through the site?
- The sites don’t take card payments online. Shoppers send a request, ask for a quote or ask to visit, and you take payment the way you do today.
- Are hosting, backups and updates extra?
- No. Every plan includes hosting, your domain’s DNS and https certificate, the email that brings you requests, a backup every night, and updates and repairs.
- What if I sell more than 10 styles?
- The Designer and Growth plans draw up to 10 of your styles in the 3D designer. Each one past 10 is $100 once.
- What counts as extra work?
- Anything past setup and the upkeep every plan includes, such as new pages, a redesign or a large catalog change, at $90–$100 an hour.
